Stand By Your Man!! During the Holli-STAR rally this year we were blessed with another appearance from Vanna Gatto!  She sang and old Tammy Wynette classic "Stand By Your Man", which, I must point out, she was not doing during this song, because she was standing next to Shaggy Jr., and Shaggy Jr. is not Vanna's man.  The Shagmiester was gracious and certainly confident enough in his manly-ness to not be even as much as slightly phased by this. If you attend certain regional STAR events over the next year, be on the lookout for Vanna.  Word is on the street is that she's a complete mark for karaoke singing bikers... but you didn't hear it from me... -Shaggy Jr

It's windy up on Mt. Hamilton!! While we were on our club ride for September at the Lick Observatory we were having a tour of the old 1880's telescope and dome and the raising wooden floor platform.  The tour guide hit a pause in her presentation and suddenly there was the sound of a barking spider, other wise known as flatulence, coming from the far side of the group, conspicuously in the general vicinity of our Star Vet Rep and Tail Gunner, Thomas Broome.  After about 15 seconds after the blast the group started shuffling away from the far side and towards the door.  Later it was determined that some prankish youngsters used Tom Broome's spider bark as cover to launch thier own SBD (silent but deadly) attack on the entire group.  Needless to say even though our eyes were watering a little, a good time was had by all!

HEY, GOOD LOOKIN' !! Monterey Bay California Chapter of STAR Touring and Riding #161 present the lovely Vanna Gatto, who made her first public appearance at the High Sierra STAR-B-Q 2007 in Reno, Nevada. All those in attendance will never forget the live auction. Next year, Vanna G. plans on using a blonde wig and C-cup surgical implants with a little mild hormone therapy mixed with extensive body waxing.  Her goal:  To look like this for next year's event:  Pretty nice still after all those kids huh?  YOU GO GIRL!!!
